it's the Wireless Information Router Encoding Device from the Claptrap Revolution DLC of the game Borderlands . i threw this together within a few minutes from one Cube and two Cylinders . decided on the cel shading at the last moment . the game is cel shaded and i've wanted to use it before but i've liked my models too much to degrade the quality. now that i see it i want to return to my other Borderlands models and try it
